This page explains what happens to your information when you join the list for No Off Switch, a book by Jakob Gricar, at nooffswitchbook.com.
What we collect
When you join the list we collect your first name and your email address. We use them to tell you when the book is out and to send you occasional notes about it. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
To stop spam we check each sign-up with Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time to limit repeated attempts. We cannot turn it back into your IP address.
Analytics and advertising
Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we use the Meta Pixel in the browser to measure visits to this page. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are never tracked by Meta in the browser. We do not send your email address to Meta.
Services we use
Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), MailerLite (our email list) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
The list itself sets no cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary data to tell people from bots. Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the Meta Pixel sets advertising-measurement cookies ("_fbp" and "_fbc"). Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get no advertising cookies from this page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data we do so within 30 days.
The list is not intended for anyone under 18.

The list is operated by The Dharma Academy OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, which is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
